TMMS was created in 2024 to between Raya Holding – An Abu Dhabi based holding group, CCCC – the worlds largest marine works company and Neft – an eastern European hold co. representing the founders of the largest specialist marine works company in Europe.
This new joint venture has the capability and experience to deliver successful projects worldwide from its base in Abu Dhabi.
